Moderate SE winds all day kept the heat at bay. Through mid-day many
accips
were around for good looks and quite a few ventured out across the bay
into
the wind. Such ambition. Yesterday a Rufous hummer paid a visit, and
this
one was decidedly more aggressive than the one from two weeks ago.
A
Juvenile White-tailed Hawk was lingering for the second day within sight
of
the tower. Good night.
