A strong steady wind from the ENE brought birds in flying low &
fast. I
barely had a chance to check them out before they were out of sight!
Winds were in the 15-25mph range throughout the entire day. Storms
moved
through the area but the tower managed to stay relatively dry.
It was a
delight to watch the Frigatebirds gathering along the fronts --at
least
50 were observed. It was certainly a great day for weather-watching
with
an incredible variety of clouds coming thru like time-lapse photography.
Too bad nobody else was there to enjoy! Until tomorrow......Rebecca
