Same story, no hawk watch today, thanks to the fading gasps of TS Frances.
River's rising from the west from TS Charley's runoff,finally reaching
us at
the coast; meeting TS Frances' rains and runoff; gonna be an interesting
combination. So far, the mosquitoes absolutely LOVE all this moisture
.... and
it's a target-rich environment!
