Today's hawk watch is dedicated to our latest visitor, TS Frances
(spelling?
who cares!). She's got raptors tucked down and under cover. Joel
reports a
rainout early in the day after two Swainson's screamed by at eye
level
ahead of the first squalls. He reopened in the afternoon, but no
joy. Another big
