Greetings all,

Joel reports it rained all around the site, but never on the
watcher(s). The raptors came through breaks in the weather. Poor day for
dickie birds (birds other than raptors).

Non-raptor Species Day List

Hi everyone! I think Joel was teasing me tonight; Glenn just sent over a
nice day bird list for Hazel Bazemore County Park, recorded during today's
hawk watch. I'll post the day birds lists in a separate post today; we're
getting good raptors now, ha!

Don't be fooled by the question marks in the list below; that's just a
database output. If the bird is listed, it was seen. Numbers aren't kept
for each species unless notable (or unless the counter wants to!).

Each day just further proves what an oasis Hazel Bazemore County Park
really is for migrating and resident avians.

Enjoy!

-- Patty
